About Kevin J. Brennan

Kevin was born and raised in Wilmington, Massachusetts. After a few years outside the area, he purchased his family’s home and still resides in his hometown with his wife, Maryann, and two daughters, Jade and Morgan.

Much of Kevin’s life was spent in a family business. He spent many of his childhood years ‘working’ with his grandparents, Carl “Grumpy” and Gladis Bertolucci, at their breakfast deli, The Swanton Street Delicatessen, casually know as Carl’s Place, in Winchester, Massachusetts. Soon after his father, Paul Brennan, and uncle took over the business they expanded it to include catering. The catering thrived, and his father and a partner then started J & B Catering. J & B Catering grew quickly and became the in-house catering company for the Winchester Knights of Columbus.

The next 10 years were spent in the restaurant business, working in, managing and even opening restaurants such as the Au Bon Pain, The Border Café, and Café Bagel to name a few. He was the opening store manager for Café Bagel in Newburyport in charge of the menu, distributors, hiring, and everyday operations.

Kevin’s love for numbers and his strong family orientation are responsible for where he is today, a Home Finance Originator, helping new friends and family secure the dream of a home of their own.

Over the past eight years Kevin has worked at several different levels of the mortgage industry.  Each one of these has increased his knowledge of the profession.  Kevin joined Northfield Trust Mortgage Company, now Bank of New England Mortgage, in February of 2004. For the last three years he settled in as a Loan Manager for some of the company’s top producers, while maintaining his own clientele.  This is an advantage in that he has his hands on the pulse of every file, allowing him to focus on his individual clientele with his personal touch, paying attention to details so that his clients are informed throughout the process and move into their new home on time.

Throughout Kevin’s life he has been dedicated to providing top quality service. Whether it is catering, managing, bartending or securing someone’s home finance, he knows it comes down to an individual’s personal happiness that makes the difference. By providing assistance in finding the personalized solution that best meets an individuals home buying or refinancing needs, Kevin is able to do this. His reputation has been built on loyalty, trust and the willingness to go the extra distance to assure his clients complete satisfaction.
